What we collect through this website

Our website forms collect contact and scenario information only: your name, phone number, email address, and general details about your goals, such as an estimated price range, a credit score range, or a timeline. The website never asks for, accepts, or stores Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, or financial documents. Website form submissions are marketing inquiries, not loan applications.

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs such as IP addresses and pages visited, used for security and performance.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your scenario, by phone, text or email, as you consented when submitting a form.
• To send you the information you requested, such as a pre-approval conversation or a refinance review.

If you become a client

If you move forward with a loan, your full application is collected later by phone or through a secure application system, never through this website. At that point, federal privacy law for financial institutions, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, governs how your nonpublic personal information is handled, and you will receive the formal privacy notices required by law from the companies involved in your loan.

How information is shared to serve your inquiry

Serving a mortgage inquiry can involve sharing information with the broker of record, ACE Fundings Corporation, and, once you choose to proceed, with lenders, settlement providers and other parties necessary to the transaction. Each of these parties has its own legal obligations to protect your information.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards protect information in transit and at rest. Email is not a secure channel for sensitive documents; when documents are needed we provide a secure upload link.
